Refresher Lessons

 

Refresher lessons are offered to help drivers who haven't been behind the wheel for a while to gain the confidence and skills to get back driving.

The course initially consists of 3 x 2 hour lessons structured to cover all the main skills of driving and are pitched at a level consistent with drivers ability. Additional lessons can be arranged if required. 

​

The course covers the following:

• Basic safety - use of mirrors, observations, road position, road signs & markings 

• Road craft - road positioning, changing lanes, overtaking

• Junctions - simple merging from and onto roads, complex cross roads

• Roundabouts - simple standard roundabouts, spiral roundabouts

• Driving at speed - bypass/motorway driving, country roads
